Our goal is to be make sure that you feel 100% risk-free when purchasing your medications from our company. As such, we offer a 30 day no hassle return policy.

If for any reason at all you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase from Trust pharmacy, please call us within 30 days of delivery* and explain to one of our customer service representatives that you are not satisfied with your purchase and would like to make a return. Please note that you will be refunded 100% of the purchase price, shipping fee (if applicable), and your cost of shipping the product back to us (up to $10) if you return 100% of the product. If you return the unused portion of your medicine, you will be refunded for the percentage of the unsured portion. As an example, if you return 30 tablets out of the 60 tablets you ordered, you will receive a refund for 50% of the amount you initially paid for the full order, plus the shipping charge and cost to ship the product back to us (up to $10). Your refund will be sent to you via the same payment method you used when ordering from us.

Return products are not re-stocked or re-sold. All returned products are destroyed.

IMPORTANT: You are required to contact us before you return your order and a refund will not be issued without prior return authorization from one of our customer service representatives, within the return allowance period. As such, please be sure to contact us before sending us your return. We do not accept returns after 30 days.

We will process all refunds within 7 business days of receiving the returned product(s). You can expect to receive your full refund within 4 weeks (10-14 business days) of sending your return to us (which includes the time to receive the return, process it, issue the refund, and the time it will take for your credit card company to process the refund request). In most instances, you will receive your refund more promptly. We will notify you via email once we’ve received and processed your return.
