1. Is a prescription required for all products?

A prescription is required for all products which are marked with the “Rx” image. If a prescription is required for the product(s) you are ordering in your country, you will be required to provide us with a prescription as well. Over the counter products marked with an “OTC” image do not require a prescription.

You can send us your prescription(s) through several methods. You can either fax, mail, or email your prescription(s) to us.
