1. Is a prescription required for all products?

A prescription is required for all products which are marked with the “Rx” image. If a prescription is required for the product(s) you are ordering in your country, you will be required to provide us with a prescription as well. Over the counter products marked with an “OTC” image do not require a prescription.

You can send us your prescription(s) through several methods. You can either fax, mail, or email your prescription(s) to us. Alternatively, you can request at the time of ordering that we contact your doctor for your prescription(s). Our contracted pharmacies are unable to ship your order until a valid prescription has been received.

2. What’s the difference between brand and generic drugs?

A brand name drug are manufactured by the original multinational pharmaceutical company that obtained the patent for the medicine. A generic drug is a drug defined as a drug product which is comparable to the brand name drug in its dosage form, strength, quality and performance characteristics, route of administration, and its intended use. A generic drug has also been defined as a drug product marketed under the chemical name without advertising which results in much lower costs to the consumer.

4. Who manufacturers the generic drugs? Are they safe?

Some of the popular generic drug manufacturers are: Apotex, Teva, Cobalt, Sandoz, Taro, Ranbaxy, Dr. Reddy, and Cipla. We list most of the generic manufacturers on the product pages within our web site. You may also ask one of our customer service representatives at any time for the generic manufacturer name.

5. Can you send my order via express delivery?

We regret to inform you that due to restrictions set by the express delivery companies on the delivery of medications, we are unable to ship your order via express delivery. The only available shipping method is regular mail.

6. What are your hours of operation?

Our hours of operation are Mon-Fri 7am – Midnight (CST), Sat 8am – 6pm (CST), and Sun 9:30am – 6pm (CST).

7. Are there any other charges?

Other than $9.99 shipping fee for orders under $99.00, there are no additional charges.

8. What is the cost of shipping?

For orders under $99.00 there is a $9.99 shipping charge. We strongly encourage you to order all your medications at one time.

9. Are there limitations on what I can buy?

We do no supply any controlled drugs, habit forming drugs, scheduled drugs, and/or narcotics.

10. Is there a limit on the type of prescriptions I can request to have filled?

Yes. To ensure that you have properly stabilized on your medications, Trust pharmacy will only fill prescriptions for drugs that you have been taking for 30 days or more.

11. What is the expected delivery time?

On average, you can expect to receive your order within 7-10 business days of it being shipped. Average order processing time is 1-3 business days for new orders, and 12-24 business hours for refills.
